Everyone in the office was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed!

So glad my wife told me to call this place! I called 3 other vein clinics. I had an appointment and ultrasound with one clinic but left discouraged. The people at the other clinic were polite but lacked a good dose of genuine care. In the room was a sign advertising that I could earn points if I refer a friend which seemed a little strange, not necessarily bad but strange. I felt that if I used this other place, I would just become another patient in a factory, churning out a service without a human touch. Not too long after this discouraging appointment, my wife and I were driving on a Sunday afternoon when she spotted the relatively small Refine Vein sign and she told me I should call them. So glad I did.. It is a small business where the doctor performing the surgery (Dr. Avery) is the owner and not just a part of a larger corporation simply after profit. Their focus is NOT on how many people they can see come in and out of their door but on your experience. Vein surgery can be a little uncomfortable and it is so much better knowing that the people on the other end of the needle care. Thank you Dr. Avery, Mariah, Natasha, Rodica and Kelsey!

Dr. Reynolds and his staff have provided exceptional care and vein treatment for me over the last few years. The clinic provided a clear treatment and recovery plan to address my issues.

Dr Avery and his staff are amazing! From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The waiting area is nicely decorated, comfortable and the front desk associate, Natasha, is very pleasant. I had to have ablations and injections on both legs so I saw Rodica and Kelsey helped do the procedures and they were fabulous. They were professional very professional and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them. I feel like I need to go back and see them sometime because they make you feel so comfortable. Love it! Mariah at the middle desk helped secure appointments and I was sent appointees; which I love because whew, we are all busy, busy. She also helped with an insurance question and got the answered u needed! Dr. Avery And his staff found and treated issues in my legs that I believe answered years long questions, pains, and swelling I was having. He was very professional, kind, explanative, didn’t rush, and treats you like you truly matter. Glad I found this place. It’s a big drive for me-an hour each way-but totally worth it!! Follow up in 3 months. Call and get something scheduled!!

I had multiple vein ablation procedures done at this clinic and had a great experience. The staff is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, the procedures went smoothly, and the follow-up care was great. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this clinic.
